Giclee on Canvas- All of our Giclee on Canvas prints are printed on museum quality canvas using acid free inks and hand varnished to withstand the test of time
Giclee on Paper- All of our Giclee on Paper prints are printed on museum quality velvet or watercolor paper using acid free inks
SHIPPING- On most products*, Ltd. ships for a flat rate of $2.95 per order anywhere in the US, and $40.00 per order internationally. We ship via FedEx Ground and USPS for Domestic orders or USPS Priority for International orders. Orders will ship within 2-3 business days pending availability on unframed artwork, and 8-10 business days for framed or gallery wrapped artwork
*Please note that some exclusive prints will ship for special rate depending on availability and price.
If you would like to pick up your print at the gallery, please use the code PICKUP in the discount box at checkout. You can then pickup your artwork when we notify you of availability.
RETURN POLICY
Ltd. Art Gallery does not accept returns of original artwork. If artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days and we will work with you to get a suitable replacement.
We do accept returns on limited editions. We must be contacted within 10 days from the date you received your order. Once we have approved the return, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the artwork back as well as a 15% restocking fee. We will not issue a credit or exchange until the returned artwork has arrived in house. If a piece arrives damaged, we will issue a return label and assist the customer in the return and replacement of the artwork.
We do NOT accept returns on any custom framed or gallery wrapped product.
